COVID -19 LOCKDOWN VERSUS LOCKDOWN SINCE ETERNITIES

COVID-19 AND LOCKDOWN is very tough phase which the world is witnessing. And soon we altogether will win this war against COVID-19 and the world will live a healthy and a peaceful life.

During, this I came through an incidence which put me in deep thought about the life of women. Willingly or unwillingly they have to compromise their psychological and emotional needs on the cost of society, family and the family ethics which endlessly retained from one generation to other.

Its been 2 days, I was painting putting my earing phone and listening to the song Bulleya from the movie Ae Dil Hai Muskill , one of my favorite song. Suddenly after 2 mins, I got a call from my husband – “Hey Please lower your voice…. Neighbors may get disturbed!!!” at that point I realized, if I lived with my in-law could I sing the song or dance even while cooking ? Could I got the Freedom to wear the clothes I want to wear without a double thought what will they think?



I was always complaining about the life I was living but this made me realized that I am living my life accordingly. 


But what about the life of women who had to face so may huddles in their life and still they cannot enjoy their freedom in their own house. Before doing anything they have to think twice. 

Is this life worthful? 
Have we taken Birth for this? 
We women are only financially independent and still we emotionally and psychologically dependent on others? 


But who is responsible for this have you ever thought? 
We women itself ......

Through this painting I want to make you understand that, a woman gives birth to a daughter and being a mother willingly and knowingly she passes all the morals which she had got from her mother to her daughter without a single thought , weather it tolerable or not.


Do you know why???
Because till that time she has concluded that women has no right to live their life to the fullest …… before self-think think about others...…. And this whole cycle is maintained from generation to generation and we need to break it …… Just Like we need to break the chain of COVID-19.

We have to stop it ,,,,,, So that the so-called ethics we didn't transfer to our daughter.

Respect to the elders and in-laws does not come by doing things according to them. 

If we live our life the way we want …. than only the care, love and affection we can give it to others. 



Today we are anxious about the lockdown which is temporary. Have you ever thought how women feel? 



She has willingly  lockdown herself in her own home.

CaN a ReLaTiOn Be JuDgED ?

The only relation a child made before his birth is the relation with his parents and bond between them is priceless. And after taking birth he made many relations like grandfather , grandmother, uncle , aunty, brother, sister and a series of never ending cousins. From them, a child is like a precious gift which they had bestowed with; until the child is able to express himself. But, as the time pass he gets a gift : a  bucket full of criticism , non-acceptances, blame and suggestions. For me it's very surprising , willing or unwillingly we falls on this trap.
