KURKURE BHINDI......HOW TO MAKE KURKURI BHINDI- CRISPY OKRA-KURKURI BHINDI
lease watch: "Kurkure Bhindi - How to make Kurkure Bindi/Okra. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qFPpm... --~-- #KurkuriBhindi #CrispyOkra #SayNoToDeepFry #BhuniBhindi Ingredients 500 gms bhindi /okra Green Chilly- 2-3 Pcs ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp Garam Masala ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder 1 largetsp gram flour or Besan Hing Panch Phoran Lemon Juice Salt to taste Oil - 4-6 largeTsp Method:- ● Wash the bhindi completely and wipe them dry with paper towel. ● Slice them into one by 4 vertically. ● Sprinkle turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt on bhindi. ● Mix the bhindi well with these masalas. Sprinkle gram flour and make sure the bhindi is well coated. ● Marinate the bhindi with this spice mix 15-20 mins hour. ● Heat 4 large tsp of oil in kadhai and add hing, green chilly , panch-phoran and marinated bhindi to it. ● Cook the bhindi in high and low flame , till crisp and golden brown.Don't Cover the Bhindi ●Serve hot. Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Course: Main Course Cuisine: Indian Note: Kurkuri Bhindi can be served as is or even with a bowl dal and rice.
